- Zwiftpower Category enforcement will be in force.
- Riders who have not completed the Zwiftpower registration will be removed from the results.
- All Racers MUST have a valid Height and Weight entered in to their Zwift settings. Racers with 0 or the default, will be disqualified.
- Racers who enter a category lower than the one on their Zwiftpower profile will be disqualified from the results. It is the riders responsibility to check that they have entered the correct category.
- Zwiftpower category upgraded riders must race in the higher category for the next event.
- All racers must wear HRM and the data must be visible in Zwiftpower. In the event of HRM failure during the race, World ICR must be contacted immediately after the race has finished.
- Z-power racers will be removed from the results.
- All A+ racers will require dual recording and anyone who does not dual record, will be removed from the results.
- Racers cannot pick and choose a category throughout a series (e.g, alternate between B+ and A races), if you change category more than once during a season, your points will go to 0, unless it is two legitimate upgrades.
- Maximum of one FTS bonus points per racer.
- Racers racing in the WRONG category will be awarded -100 points for their TEAM and Individual score will be reset to 0. Racers who exceed 0.2wkg (95% of 20min best) over their categories upper limit will be DQd (but no penalty will apply).
A+ Dual Recording Rules
- The primary source of power data (i.e., power data device connected to the game) must be controllable, direct drive smart trainer (or smart bike) with manufacture claimed accuracy of +/- 2%
- The source of cadence data (i.e., cadence sensor connected to the game) should be the smart trainer (or smart bike). Use of a power meter to provide cadence is not permitted.
- The trainer (or smart bike) must be paired as the controllable device.
- A power meter must be used as a secondary source of power data. The power meter must be connected to a separate recording device (e.g., head unit, smart watch).
- Dual recording must be within 5% with leniency for dropouts.
- All race data must be visible until the race results are confirmed.

- World Indoor Cycling Rankings will actively promote verification. Any racer can send verification videos to [email protected]. These videos will be deleted, as soon as verification is approved.
- Once verification is approved, the racer will get a gold tick next to their name for the whole season.
- All racers who win a prize MUST send a verification video before they receive their prize.
- Any racer who wins a prize but does not send a verification video, will not be allowed into the next season.
- All racers who race in the Zwift Grand Prix and The Underground Series will receive a gold tick.
Verification Video
- The following video rules are set by Zwift, to get yourself verified, please record a video like below and send it to [email protected]
- Before starting the test:
- ○ Set up scales suitable for measuring body weight in the middle of a room on a hard, even surface, with nothing nearby to hold on to.
- ○ Find a heavy weight (approx 10kg) that you can comfortably carry.
- ○ Make sure you are wearing socks, cycling shorts and a cycling jersey.
- During the test:
- ○ Start recording a video on any device; for example, a cell phone.
- ○ Show your face on the video.
- ○ Show a newspaper, television broadcast or other such media that shows the current date.
- ○ Show the scales.
- ○ Zero the scales.
- ○ Show the zero reading.
- ○ Place the heavy weight on the scales and show the reading.
- ○ Take the weight off and show the zero reading.
- ○ Stand on the scales yourself (without the weight) and show the reading.
- ○ Take yourself off and show the zero reading.
- ○ Stand on the scales with the weight and show the reading.
- ○ Take yourself off and show the zero reading.
- ○ Stop recording.
